Hazuki (lynch.) Models New U.R.G.E Marble-Print Masks

U.R.G.E. (-undefined rebel gothic element-) is a streetwear brand produced by Hazuki (vocalist of lynch.) and designed by Akinori Yokozawa (Gallowsline/GUERILLA KID). 

U.R.G.E. blends gothic elements with modern, minimalistic designs to produce wearable pieces that capture the brand's goal of being impulsive and decadent—launching products that meet the needs of a single moment in time. Due to the global outbreak of COVID-19, U.R.G.E has responded with a pair of washable facemasks featuring marble patterns. 

The masks are available in black and white.They are made of a blend of 93% polyester and 7% polyurethane—coming in both MEN'S and LADY's sizes:
  • MEN'S - height: 13cm, width: 29.5cm
  • LADY'S - height: 12cm, width 27cm

Hazuki took to Twitter the other day to model the black mask ahead of their release.

The masks cost ¥2,400 (tax-excluded) per piece. You can purchase them at urge.jp. Each mask will be made-to-order following the sales period. The order period is from June 21st at 19:00 JST to June 28th at 23:59 JST. Shipments are expected to begin in mid-August.

Please note that these are cloth masks. They will not provide the same protection against viruses as a medical-grade mask. However, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) in the United States and the World Health Organization (WHO) recommend wearing cloth face coverings to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Remember to always clean your hands before touching the mask, inspect the mask for dirt/damage, adjust the mask so it fits securely over your face (nose, mouth, and chin), avoid touching the mask while you're wearing it, and wash the mask at least once per day (in hot water with soap/detergent).
